If for any reason you changed your mind about your order, then you can return them with 14 days from the purchase date. If this the case, the product should be intact and sealed in its original casing, well packaged in order to avoid any damage during the shipping process, and the expenses for the process burden the buyer. Our eshop will refund you with the amount spent for the products returned as well as the delivery expenses from your original order within 14 days from the day you shipped the returning items.

Faulty products

We always try our best for you to receive your order in best condition possible! However, regardless of our efforts for you to have intact the whole order, you might receive a damaged item, or one completely different from what you expected. After informing us of such a case, you can ship the damaged goods to our address and we are going to take care of the shipping expenses (the COD cost is not included). Within 14 days from the day of informing us about the damaged item, you will receive a refund of the product, either in your credit card, or bank account depending on your original payment method. Otherwise, we can send you a code with the amount of the refund as credit to our store for your next order.
