Select seed produced on extra large growing plants with a diameter greater than 15 cm, originating from Texan A. fissuratus populations. Although final size will be on the large end of the species’ range, correct cultivation is also important to attain full potential. In order to reach maximum size, seedlings and young adults need to be transplanted regularly and not be kept pot-bound for too long.
