Authentic Japanese ‘Frumdosus’ cultivar, created by distinguished collector Mr. Hayakawa in Japan. Impressive, very wide 5 cm plus, stubby, thick tubercles arching outwards. Hemispherical, large and broad body form, with distinct grey-blue tones and some light epidermal wrinkling, flowers white to pinkish-white. Limited F1 seed from two original plants ex Japan.

High immediate germination (~50%), if soaked in sterile water for 48 hrs before sowing.
