A very distinct population, just a stone’s throw from the classic smoothly surfaced v. lloydii populations within Parras de la Fuente. In contrast, the tubercle upper surface of this ecotype is highly and strongly decorated with pronounced nodes, superficially resembling the appearance of cv. ‘Godzilla’ plants, most surprising for a super smooth taxon. The population boarders an active rock quarry, so it is highly threatened if not already extinct. A remarkable v. lloydii form.
