A taxonomically interesting dimorphic population, plants either with very wide flattened tubercles (like the best ‘Frumdosus’ cultivars!) and pinkish-tinted white flowers or with more pointed tubercles and yellowish creamy colored flowers. Perhaps some neighboring A. trigonus genes are present in the latter. Both forms are very nice. Tiny areoles present or absent, sometimes positioned behind the tubercle tip!
